Michael takes his fiancée, Amy, deep within the Pine Barrens of New Jersey to a vacation cabin where he plans to propose to her. Upon arriving, they’re attacked by a madman who claims an eerie pond near the cabin called Blue Hole can bring back the dead. Reality mixes with illusion as we try to figure out if Blue Hole is real or if our madman is truly insane.
There is a devil who lives in lake in New Jersey and if you stand near the lake, like our beloved Michael does with his fiance then there are high chances that he’ll suck you in and to hell you go. That can’t be the end, can it? There is a trick to it. If you want your loved one back from hell, which the devil supposes you do, then you got to perform a human sacrifice.
This 12 minute short might not be as original as people want their ‘horrors’ to be but it still succeeds in putting the message across. Pacey camera movements, eerie setting and some greatly intense musical composition makes this an energetic horror film. A good scary movie told in a fast-paced style.
